Crew Training Course

Our modules of training always adhere to the STCW Conventions, MLC 2006, International Rules, and ISM Codes. We have experienced in house trainers with years of experiences as seafarers, and equipped with updated training modules and our own Bridge Simulators

We are proud with our Crew Information System (CIS) that enable us to provide fast, reliable, and updated database consisting of more than 2000 crews information. Added by a Safe and Efficient Payroll Management System, we are ready to provide you with a complete package of Crew Administration Service.

History

We started as crew department for our Holding Company, PT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk (BLT).  As we grow, we established ourselves independently as manning Agent Company in 2018.  We today serve 30+ Vessels with approximate 500+ crews serving reputable Nasional and International shipping companies.

As manning agent company, we acquired ISO9001:2015 License and certified as Seafarer Recruitment and Placement Service Company in Year 2018.  The certificate had established and cemented our goal to become World Class Crew Management and Manning Company in Indonesia.  We oversee the needs of our Principal for crew that are not only qualified, certified, and medically fit, but also to continuously be updated with trainings to keep them in conformity with Industry’s requirements.

We are here to take part in employment chain of seafarers by providing best quality services to our Principals.  Being integral aspect in shipping industry, we believe that our contribution will enable our Principals to focus other aspects in their business for we will take care all matters in connection with their main asset: the Crew.
